This grain pipe kit lets you mash with the 35 Liter Digiboil. It includes a octagon basket holding ring that pops into place on your unit, so the assembled malt pipe can be raised and twisted for sparging.
Note that the Digiboil was designed for boiling, and does not have the more complex electronic wiring of say a Mash & Boil or Digiboil, so when the malt pipe is in place, you will need to use the 500 watt element only to prevent grain from burning onto the element.
Includes malt pipe, bottom screen for malt pipe, false bottom (that goes below the malt pipe), and malt pipe lifting handle. All items are 304 grade stainless.

Q: What is the diameter of the malt pipe?
A: The outer diameter is 10 3/4" and 11 5/8" across the lip at the top.

Just right
I’ve been using this in conjunction with BIAB, can not be more happy with the results. Have recommended this product to other users on Social Media. I WILL be doing business here again!
Good
Everything in the kit works well with the exception of the handle that is used to pull up the column, which was a bit too short in my case and cannot be used reliably. You can grab it and pull it out though.
Malt pipe placement design
There is a 1.5 ~2 inch gap between the bottom of kettle and the the base of the malt pipe which throws of your calculations for strike water for mashing making it very difficult to add grain being short of water volume. I had to add a gallon of strike water just to be able to stir mash.
