Replacement stainless false bottom fits all 35 Liter versions of the Robobrew/Brewzilla. Also fits the 35 Liter Digiboil.  Includes pictured pull ring.

This is a very tight fit in the Grainfather, and we do not recommend it for Grainfather use, although it will work (it fits so tight that the feet do not touch the bottom of the boiler and you need to use the malt pipe lifting tool to pull it out).

False bottom

Review by Bill Robinson on 3/21/2019

This false bottom fits perfectly into a grainfather brew system giving a extra level of filtering before entering the pump. Works for me.

Purchased for GrainFather

Review by William Fisher on 3/21/2019

I bought this so I could eliminate the current undersized filter. Very tight fit, works as expected. I did need to reverse the loop in the middle, as it was pushing in on the grain basket. The thickness of the stainless steel is sufficient, but kind of flimsy. Definitely an upgrade to my system. Had good flow from pump the entire brewing session. I would buy again.

Robobrew false bottom

Review by Charles on 8/23/2019

The false bottom works good. The ring doesn’t work well at all. It hits the bottom of the grain basket. And if you leave it out it leave a large hole than the other holes in the false bottom.

Great accessory for Grainfather

Review by T McGloine on 8/24/2019

Initial brew with this added to my Grainfather showed great results reducing the hop and trub from clogging the tiny GF filter.

Robobrew False Bottom

Review by John D on 9/8/2019

Used on Grainfather. Filter is too light. Just doing a boil the filter rises up. Slowly stirring the wort when adding hops makes it rise up even more. Seems to also slow down getting up to a boil.

Q: X88-you write that this is 11 5/8 inch diameter. How accurate is this measurement? I intend to use this in my mash tun (the first brew kettle which I bought from Williams). This brew pot/mash tun is 11 3/4 inches in diameter. I hope the X-88 will work..

A: It wont fit well enough to work.
