This 500ml (16 fluid ounce) cobalt blue EZ Cap glass beer bottle with swing top seal is perfect for beer gifts. This bottle eliminates the need for a bottle capper and caps, and the gaskets on the included swing tops will last for at least two years before needing replacement (replace them only when they dry out). 9.5" tall, 3" wide, each heavy glass bottle weighs 14 ounces.

NOTE: This item weighs about 16 lbs. total, and actual Fedex Ground shipping based on your delivery zip code will be charged at checkout.

I have encountered no problems with these bottles and will be buying them again whenever I need them for my homemade apple cider.

possible poor seal

Review by WILLIAM KWAPY on 6/29/2018

It's been years since I bought a case of these. I loved the color., But soon I found that the bottles had high incidence of loss of pizzaz, CO2. I ferment in the bottle, a higher alcohol beer, that I sometimes drink even a year after bottling. I do not use anymore for fear of beer loosing its pop when opened. I felt the tops, felt a welt, an thought of grinding after a glass blower friend suggested it. I never did. I use mostly Grolsch bottles. But as I say, it's been years. I'm merely an anecdotal story teller. I'll sell a case of these cheap. William's Brewing Responds: It looks like these were purchased in 2012. We have looked at our current stock and do not see a welt on the lip. That being said, for long term (year or more) storage of higher alcohol beers, a crown cap is always the best choice.

Q: Do these have porcelain tops, or plastic? Thx

A: Plastic, to make them legal (recycling regulations)
