Our Golden Ale Mashing Kit is inspired by the Golden Ales of Belgium, and has a very clean and aromatic malt character and a blonde appearance. Not as strong as some Golden Ales, but still strong enough to command respect. Includes 11 pounds of Belgian Pilsner Malt, 2 pounds of beet sugar, one Hallertau hop addition, and priming sugar. Makes 5 gallons with a starting gravity of 1.060. Needed yeast not included, order separately below.

What type of dry yeast do you recommend (I live in Fla)? Also, what do you recommend for mash temp( didn't notice it in instructions).
Our item Z70 Mangrove Jack Belgian Abbey would be a good choice. Mash at 152- 155 degrees F for one hour.

Golden Ale Mashing kit. What are the IBU's and AVB? Can any of your kits be ordered as all grain?
The IBU's are approximately 35. The average alcohol strength is 6.5%
Only our mashing kits are grain, our other kits are extract.
