Makes a great chili beer
Dilute it, throw in any hops you want and the last 5 minutes of the boil throw in a quarter to a half pound of fresh chopped hot chili peppers, seeds included and you will get the most delicious chili beer you ever tasted.  If it is too hot after fermentation mix it half and half with any stout and you'll love it.

The best Wheat Malt Extract
I've been brewing with this Weizenmalt for over six years no.  I've never had a problem, never had a bad batch. The quality is excellent and consistent. William's is the best supplier I've ever found.  Their ordering system is simple yet seemingly unbreakable.  Great products and service.

Great Weizenmalt
Have used in several beers: German Hefeweizen and Belgian Wit. Always great results.

German Weizenmalt
Makes an excellent Bavarian Hefeweizen - no specialty malts necessary. I use Danstar Munich Wheat Beer dry yeast. The only problem is FG is consistently high. I add 3/4 pound of sugar in the boil to compensate.
