I typically brew a 5 gallon batch and an occasional 10 gallon batch. I currently have 2 of these pot and use them for my mash ton and boil kettle. They are of high quality and Blinkmann will stand behind the waranty (I've used it with a thermometer that broke). You can modify this pot by drilling another hole lower to allow the thermometer to work in a 5 gallon batch. The site glass works well and is easily cleanable with the included brush.

Overall an excellent product.

Boilermaker 15 gal
Pros: Like the brew pot have made 3 10 gallon batches. Stil trying to get the correct boil off ratio for a batch. The construction is awesom should last a life time. P.S. don't forget to put the dip tube back in before you add the wort.

Cons: You need to use the heat shield by the site glass to prevent the liquid in it from boiling. (minor draw back)

Great brew kettle!
Pros: Easy to clean sight tube and 3 piece valve can be disassembled for cleaning. The moveable thermometer has also been a bonus. Well made and great attention to detail. Bravo Blichman.

Cons: None for me
