These feature standard pop top lids. These fit the Cannular Canning machine without any adjustment. These are 500 ml which translates to 16.9 fluid ounces.

Perfect for the Cannular, but very very expensive
These cans work perfectly for the Cannular, so they get a 5-star rating in that respect. However, most breweries in the USA using 16 oz cans use a can about 1/2 inch shorter, but with the same type caps, meaning that they don't work in the Cannular without some adaptations. My local brewery cans, and I get their excess cans for free, versus the $0.50 per can from Kegland (I bought 400 of the Kegland cans). That was incentive to figure a work-around to use the free cans until Kegland comes out with an adapter for these sized cans, which they may not do if they can keep selling their cans at those prices.

Is it OK to can a kettle soured beer (Gose) in these cans? The pH is about 3.4.
Yes, as long as the soured beer is completely stable and has finished fermenting. The danger is if you can and there is still a bit of fermentation going on, the cans will become overcarbonated. When canning, we recommend leaving the beer in a secondary for 7 days longer than normal just to make sure it has finished fermenting.

Will these work on my Oktober can seemer? Are these the standard 202 B64 profile ?
Yes, these are made to the 202 B-64 profile. Keep in mind every factory that makes this lid has slightly different tolerances, so the lids from our cans may not fit other cans as well as they fit our cans.
