Description  more details

Bev-Seal® beer tubing is a semi-rigid translucent barrier tubing with an exclusive flexible inner glass liner. This tubing is semi-rigid, and will only fit on 3/16" hose barbs (you cannot stretch it to fit 1/4" hose barbs). It will make a 360° bend (U turn) in about 7 inches. This 3/16" inner diameter is perfect for shorter hose runs of 6' or less. This tubing is 3/16" inner diameter by 5/16" outer diameter.

Click on the more info link above to see a closeup of the glass liner. To fit a 3/16" diameter hose barb, you will need to soak this tubing in boiling water for 30 seconds to soften. Then press on firmly and let cool. When cool, a hose clamp will not be needed.  Put this in your cart to see our 3/16" hose barb fittings.

Sold by the foot, please enter the quantity you need and we will cut it to length.

In this closeup, you can see the thin glass layer on the inside of the tubing. This tubing is very rigid, and requires a minimum of 7" to make a 360° bend. It will not fit 1/4" hose barbs: 3/16" hose barbs are required.

wrong thing and a waste of time and money
I bought this with the intension of using it for my triple tower, so I ordered 12' of it so I could cut it into thirds. It is too small for my shanks and corny couplers to hook up so I had to go a brew store and by the real tubing for 20 bones. Don't waste your money , Williams using only sells good stuff but they made a real mistake selling this for beer lines!

Did not work for me
I had high hopes with this tubing it seems to be very durable, and will be very easy to clean. However, after doing what the directions state for 3/16" tubing, it will not go over my shanks or ball lock keg connectors, which are all 3/16" diameter. I soaked the tubing in boiling water for 30 seconds, I tried soaking for 5 minutes, I tried boiling the tubing with the water, and no matter what I did, and several skinned up knuckles later, the tubing would not slide over any of my 3/16" barbs. I think I am going to try and order the 1/4" tubing and try it, cause I feel confident this is the beer tubing that is most durable with zero chance of any off-flavors.
