oops
I ordered several hops. I like the 6 oz size in addition to the 2oz.
This bag was torn(the only one), still fresh and I was able to use my 'suck and seal' to preserve the balance of the hops.

What is the correct way of using whole Hops for 'dry-hopping'? The one time I tried it they just floated on top of the liquid in the ferment tank for days.
Floating will impart some flavor. You can try using a large nylon steeping bag, and something like a marble or stainless steel piece to weight it in the ferment.
