Description 

Made of compressed sodium metabisulfite and used as an antioxident. Usually used at the rate of 1 tablet per gallon by wine and mead makers as a preservative before, during, and after fermentation. One tablet per gallon adds about 75ppm. (about 50 tablets).

If using these in your brewing water to remove chlorine or chloramine how many should be used?
Using 1/2 tablet per 10 gallons of brewing water will dissipate chlorine and chloramine, according to several sources on the web.
