A great hop for your IPA styles. Average alpha acid: 12%, beta acids: 3.5 - 4.5%, CoHumulone % 22-24, total oil% 2.2 to 2.8%, Myrcene % 60-65, Humulene% 11-13, and Linalool % 1-2.
I've purchased Citra from a few of the large homebrew suppliers, and Williams had the freshest by far. No cattyness like some others, and super fresh & tropical aromas. Also no problems using these as a bittering hop for my ZD clone or MO/Citra smash. Both came out great. FYI, mine was most likely the 2012 harvest.
