A high quality grade 1 (large bean) coffee grown in the southern part of the state of Minas Gerais, an area that produces the best of the Brazilian coffees. The elevation is approximately 2,600 feet, and the coffee is hulled and milled by the dry process method. This coffee is medium to heavy-bodied, depending on how you roast it, and has a trace of earthiness due to the un-washed dry process. It also bears a hint of sweetness in its full flavor. A very smooth, flavorful coffee.

Blend Bean
We never drank this alone, so I can't say how it tastes as single origin. We blend Brazil Estate, Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, and Costa Rican SHB EP Tarrazu La Pastora.

Amazing! No discernible acidity, full body, and blend of earthy, chocolate, and floral notes. It does get challenging to get all these in one place.

Great straight or as a mix
This Brazilian is one of the best varieties I've ever tasted. Smooth and tasty when made alone (city roast), and a great mix with other coffees, especially Java Estate or Mexican. It has a consistently great taste, large plump beans, and roasts evenly. Love it!

Great coffee, better service
Pros: You can see from my earlier post that I decided that I liked the Brazilian Estate beans enough to order them alone (although there are a few other beans that I may order again). When I was ready to order, and almost desperate for beans, I logged in and found that they WERE OUT OF STOCK! I shot off an email and very quickly got the response that the website had not been updated and they did have the Brazil Estate! Gotta love dealing with Williams.

Cons: You eventually run out. They do move from first crack to second crack quickly so be on your toes.
