Under roasted first batch
This Coffee is almost tea like, if pulled out just before second crack.
It is vary very smooth. So if you have tea drinkers in the family, pick this bean, under roast and after a few days resting you will have something for them they may like.

I have done a second batch to a darker roast (just starting to get shinny) Hope it comes out with a bit more coffee flavor.

Good all by itself
Kenya AA Gakundu makes a good medium to medium dark roast and is delicious and sweet alone or to blend with the Vietnamese robusta.

excellent first roasting experience
Pros: I roast in a cast iron frying pan; the beans roasted up well, give them a week or so to age, the coffee is good within a day, but gets better over time.

My Favorite
Pros: I have ordered about 8 different kinds of green coffee and this is absolutely my favorite. I roast it dark and oily, but not black. Very rich!

Cons: No cons

One of the best Kenyas ever!
Pros: Rich chocolaty note when roasted to medium dark. Not too much acidity. My friends are CRAZY about this coffee!
