KegLand EVABarrier tubing is made with an EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) outer wall and also an inner proprietary polymer barrier. This tubing is BPA free and odorless, and is meant to be used with the KegLand DuoTight line of push in fittings.

The outer barrier is extruded to precise tolerances, and seals well when used with various John Guest, DuoTight or other push in fittings. The outer barrier gives the tubing excellent kink resistance so the line is able to bend around a tight radius without kinking. The inner barrier is made from a proprietary polymer that has excellent gas barrier, protecting your beer from oxidation. The EVABarrier inner lining is so smooth that it harder for bacteria and beer film to build up on the inner walls. So your beer will stay fresher for longer and not loose carbonation like non barrier tubing, and the tubing is less likely to harbor bacteria.

13/64" inner diameter, 5/16" outer diameter. 13/64" is ideal for gas lines and beer lines of 6' or longer.  Rated to withstand 100 PSI. Sold in rolls of 39 feet (12 meters).

Important:  This tubing is designed to be used with DuoTight Connectors (see at right).  With a little effort, you can get it to fit over 1/4" hose barbs, although not 5/16" hose barbs. To do this, soak the end of the tubing in boiling water for 10 seconds, and then press it on the barb when it is soft. To heat water, put a coffee cup full of water in a microwave for 6 minutes. It also fits 3/16" hose barbs using the same method.

This tubing has approximately 1 pound of resistance per foot. What does this mean? It means if you have a 10' beer line of this tubing, you ave a total of 10 pounds of resistance in the line. Generally, this means setting your PSI on your regulator to the same 10 PSI figure will result in good beer flow, although setting it lower to 8 PSI when your beer is idle may reduce the amount of carbonation your beer picks up in the keg if dispensed over a long period.

All duotight in a new kegerator
New kegerator build and used all duotight fittings along with the tube. Tube works good with the duotight fittings and will fit on 1/4" swivel fittings without too much effort. If you have 3/8" swivel fittings you will need to heat the tube to get it to fit and it will take some effort!

I'm trying to find a good guage for length for tubing as I'm trying to rebuild my keezer. I live in CO so I know that there is a difference in some regard due to elevation. For keeping my psi at 12, do I need 12 feet per line?
Yes, with this tubing, which has 1 pound of resistance per foot, 12 feet would be right for 12 psi.

You might also look at the narrower 5/32" tubing, as it has more resistance per foot, and is designed for beer lines.

How are you able to connect this to a c02 distributor? Loving the idea and have a 8 plug distributor and trying to figure out how this would connect. Would I have to change all of the plugs in the distributor to be similar to the female 8mm connection?
You will need a distributor with 1/4" male flare outlet valves. We have these, for a two valve distributor, see our item X62, for a three valve, item X63, four valve, item X64, 5 five, item X70, and six valve, item X71.

What’s the resistance for this line? Need to replace some beer lines and keep my system in balance.
Approximately 1 pound per foot of line.
