Wyeast - All American Ale
The liquid yeast I've received has been consistently productive. This yeast promotes a nice ale that my family and fellow beer drinkers enjoy. All of the yeast I have purchased arrives quickly and ready to be used. When I smack the pack it generally swells within less than two days. An excellent product.

Great Yeast
The package was very fresh and started to expand within a few hours after activating. This yeast provides a great clean flavor. I've used it in numerous batches and have always been satisfied.

Going well so far
I ordered on Saturday from CA and received these yesterday (Friday) in AL. I left them out to get acclimated to room temp then smacked 'em around 5:pm. By 9:pm they were tight and ready to pitch. I prepared my wort this morning; a full 5 gallon boil from the Imperial IPA kit. After taking 15 minutes to cool with an immersion coil, I pitched 3 activators at 76 degrees and 1.095 (corrected), after aerating, and topped up to 5.5 gallons. I used 3 due to the high OG. Two hours later, I already have activity at the air lock. These are performing VERY well so far. Thanks William's. After 5 years with you, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Watching the fermentation now
Pros: It took a little longer to expand the pouch than others mentioned, but was fine after 8 hours. Some things came up and I had to wait nearly 3 days after breaking the inner pouch. It took about 16 hours to start chewing on a 1.086 gravity wort, but when it did it produced about a gallon of foam within an hour and is currently hammering the air lock about once per second.

Cons: None so far, and I don't imagine it will have trouble with this batch (8%abv tops)

Great Yeast!
Pros: I used this yeast when it first hit the market and have loved it! I use it in my high alcohol fruit beers and it ferments extremely well even to the 11% and higher range. It leaves a nice clean taste…no heave yeast taste at all. Be ready to brew right away as this yeast puffs fast without fail. It has become my favorite yeast overall.

Cons: None
