Outstanding...Heaven in a $2 bottle. This kit pays for itself in savings over the local liquor store. (2 each weekend x $6/bottle savings x 4 weekends) = $48.00!!!

I'm certain you can't, or won't, do this....but I'll suggest it anyway. BUY 2 KITS, put one away like you're aging wine. I found one in my garage that I had put there to drink, and forgot, a year and a half ago. OMG! Liquid crack cocaine! My wife doesn't drink beer an I had to wrestle her for it. After 3 weeks, this beer rates a 9.5...after significant aging, to rate it on a 1-10 scale would be an affront to the beer. One of the top 2 beers I've had in my 53 years. I'm not kidding...and I drink a LOT of beer!
