New William's Honey Cream Ale  William’s Honey Cream Ale started out as a traditional mild, sweetish American-style cream ale made with corn as well as barley. The hop flavor is on the mild side, with just enough to balance the delicate pale malt and corn flavors. The addition of unpasteurized orange blossom honey increases the body and sweetness, without overwhelming the delicate hop crispness. A crowd-pleasing home brewed beer for Summer.

New William's Belgian Blonde  Our new Belgian Blonde home brewing kit is a light Belgian Ale in the dry-yet crisp Blonde style. This beer has a subtle spicy and earthy character in the finish imparted by the selected Belgian liquid yeast, and ferments to a crisp dryness due to the addition of brewing beet sugar. German two row barley is used in making the extract, for a clean pilsner-like malt character.

Our Mini C02 System is lightweight and portable, and combines the precision of a full sized regulator with the compactness of a simple air pump or C02 injector. The regulator takes our new 45 gram threaded C02 cartridges, and each cartridge can usually dispense a full 5 gallon keg.

Summer Ale Ideal for brewing and drinking during the warmer months, our annual Summer Ale is a light home brewing ale kit with a distinct hop character. The alcohol is moderate at 3.8%, making this a good beer to drink in warmer weather when you want to be refreshed without drinking a heavy beer.  Available now until August 18th.

Compact Fruit Press Compared with wooden basket presses, this rugged, compact press is both easy to use, clean and store. Made in Italy, the 8" wide by 7" tall perforated stainless basket holds plenty of fruit for wine, beer, and mead making. Just put your crushed fruit in the press, and turn to extract juice through the runoff pipe. Aluminum and stainless steel construction, with all juice contact areas made of stainless steel.
