30th Anniversary Ale We initially had
plans to make a strong home brewing kit for our Anniversary Ale, but settled on a lighter
'session' ale after several series of tastings. Made with a large proportion of
Munich malt and three hop additions, our 30th Anniversary Ale is a surprisingly
malty beer for its strength, balanced with the full flavor of aromatic hops.
Balanced means it has a full hop flavor without a sharp 'hop bite'. Click on the
