NOTTINGHAM ALE DRY YEAST Description

A yeast which produces a fairly neutral flavor profile for dry yeast. Very similar to Windsor Ale Yeast, although our recent dry yeast comparison tests have consistently proven this one to produce a cleaner flavored ale than Windsor Ale Yeast.

Pros:

excellent floculation and stability !This is a great ale yeast that produces nice tones in the beer by not going to high in the abv range, 5.0 max here , it is a powerful yeast that does a complete fermantation and most importantly is reliable .

Cons:
|
like any dry yeast ,care must be taken in hydrating the yeast prior to contact with the wort .
