M-05 good
I used this in a 3 gallon batch of rye bitter and it went from 1.040 to 1.008 in less than a week. I'm really happy with t so far. The taste that I took with the hydrometer sample was very good, I'll be using this yeast again.

Convenience plus terrific results
About once a year I make an IPA which is high enough gravity so that my usual T-58 doesn't work very well. I have used smack packs, which I thoroughly dislike, and several of the liquid yeasts which require a starter, and have not been satisfied with the results.
Since I really like the convenience of direct pitch dry yeast I have been looking for something that I could use in place of the SP and liquid yeasts.
After reading the description of the MO7 I gave it a try. I had a great deal of trepidation direct pitching a dry yeast into a 1.070 gravity beer with a total of 6 oz. of Centennial and Magnum hops, but knew I had a liquid backup if I needed it.
My fears were totally unfounded. In the past I have allowed 10-14 days for the fermentation to stop. MO7 fermented to a total stop in 5 days. I maintained the temp within the recommended range.
To my plebian taste buds, this IPA tastes exactly the same as the last batch when I used Irish Ale Yeast.
Most DEFINITELY will buy again!
