If you need a compact, rugged, and easy to use kegging system, take a closer look. This 2½ gallon kegging system only needs
16” of vertical clearance (it is 9” wide), so you can fit it into most refrigerators and still have room for food items.
Easy to Use - Just fill the keg with beer and prime with corn sugar and seal the lid. Treat the keg just like a beer bottle and let the beer carbonate for 7 days or so in a warm area. Once the yeast in the beer has eaten the priming sugar and produced carbonation, chill the keg and snap on the ball-lock Keg Injector and ball-lock Beer Faucet. Press the trigger on the C02 injector when needed to maintain a steady flow from the picnic faucet. Depending on carbonation level, it takes 2 to 3 twelve gram C02 cartridges to dispense one 2½ gallon keg. This system also takes larger 16 gram C02 unthreaded C02 cartridges (see links below).
Includes 1 stainless steel 2½ gallon keg, a C02 Injector that uses common 12
gram pellet gun or 16 gram beer C02 cartridges, a 4’ picnic tap, five 16
gram C02 cartridges, instructions, and Keg Lube for maintaining the keg seals.
