This digitial scale from Jennings features a 300 gram (11 ounce) capacity, and outstanding accuracy of +/- .001 ounce (10 times greater accuracy than our 11 pound Weighmax digital scale). This means it is unsurpassed for accurately weighing small amounts of hops, spices, and chemicals.
This scale features user-selectable gram and ounce/pound modes, as well as a counting mode and tare button. An extra large backlit LCD display and buttons are protected against contamination by a rubberized faceplate. In addition to the pictured removable bowl/scale cover, a stainless weighing platform is built in.
