Candi Syrups
Candi syrup is made of 100% natural pure invert sugar syrup, which is a liquid blend of sucrose, glucose, and fructose derived entirely from sugar beets and sugar cane. Produced by the historic Belgian sugar refiner Candico (a brand under the Südzucker Group), the syrup contains no added preservatives, artificial coloring agents, flavorings, or chemical stabilizers. We offer this syrup in amber and dark forms. Use one to two pounds per 5 gallons in strong Belgian Ales to get authentic roasted caramel notes.
