Here is a system featuring the Brewer’s Edge Regulator and a 2½ gallon keg with all needed hoses and a picnic-type keg faucet, all designed to fit in a refrigerator with only 16" of clearance (the keg is 8½" wide). Unlike traditional kegging systems using dedicated refrigerators, our Compact Beverage System can coexist with food items in many refrigerators. Also great for tailgating, camping, and of course, parties out on the deck.
Keep in mind that like full sized kegging systems the Compact Beverage System can carbonate anything. Make your own sparkling water, flavored waters, sodas, and more. To carbonate water, just fill the keg with water, refrigerate to 40° F. or less, and set the Brewer’s Edge Regulator to 25 psi for three days to infuse with C02. That is all there is to creating your own healthful sparking water. Add flavorings, teabags, or whatever to create a wide range of sparkling drinks.
Includes Brewer's Edge Regulator, one 20 oz. paintball-style C02 bottle, (shipped empty, fill at any paintball supply), 2½ gallon keg, tap, Keg Lube, gas hoses, and complete instructions. One 20 20 oz. paintball-style C02 bottle will dispense at least two 2.5 gallon kegs. Order extra C02 bottles to minimize trips to the sporting goods store and needed O rings below.
