William's
Holiday Ale Our annual Holiday Ale is
now available until at least late October. A tradition here since 1994, this is
a lightly spiced honey brown ale. The key word here is balance - the spices
balance the sweetness of the English brown malt and honey, making this reddish
brown ale a beer that appeals to many tastes. Great for any Holiday celebration.

New
Wyeast Seasonal Strains Wyeast has
released 3 new seasonal British ale strains, including 1026 British Cask Ale,
1469 West Yorkshire Ale, and 1768 English Special Bitter. Available from now
until late December, these are ideal for brewers of authentic English ale.
Willi am's Honey Cream Ale William’s Honey Cream Ale started
out as a traditional mild, sweetish American-style cream ale made with corn as
well as barley. The hop flavor is on the mild side, with just enough to balance
the delicate pale malt and corn flavors. The addition of unpasteurized orange
blossom honey increases the body and sweetness, without overwhelming the
delicate hop crispness. A crowd-pleasing home brewed beer.
Expanded Hop
Selection We have
finally received some pellet hop varieties we have been trying to get for
months. We now have Czech Saaz, German Hallertau, Willamette, Sterling, and the
new Vanguard in stock, in addition to our regular varieties.

juice through the runoff pipe. Aluminum and stainless steel construction, with
all juice contact areas made of stainless steel.

New
Hurricane Stove The
Hurricane Stove features a full 60,000 BTU output, which means it will bring 5
gallons of wort to a boil in under 20 minutes. It has a massive 10" low
pressure burner, for even heat distribution and quiet operation (no jet like
noise like high pressure burners). Unlike high pressure stoves, this one will
allow both fine simmer flame control, and produce a full 60,000 BTU's for quick
boiling. Unlike our other burners, this one can be converted to run on natural
gas with an optional adapter valve.
New Grill Gauge This
new hand held scale will accurately measure how much propane is left in a
standard 20 pound barbecue tank. Just hook it on your tank, lift, and read the
gauge. Quick and easy to use, and it may save you from running out of propane
during a brewing session.

William's Belgian Blonde Our Belgian Blonde home brewing kit is a light Belgian Ale in the dry-yet crisp
Blonde style. This home brewed beer has a subtle spicy and earthy character in the finish
imparted by the selected Belgian liquid yeast, and ferments to a crisp dryness
due to the addition of brewing beet sugar. German two row barley is used in
making the extract, for a clean pilsner-like malt character.
