BREWER'S EDGE® PAINTBALL REGULATOR ADAPTER Description
|
Convert your standard brass C02 regulator (made by Cornelius, Micromatic, Taprite, and others) to use paintball C02 tanks instead of the heavy soda fountain type C02 tanks. This Brewer's Edge part is machined from a solid piece of brass, and its male brass left hand threads mesh perfectly with the brass left hand female threads of modern regulators (old regulators with right hand C02 inlet threads will not fit this part). Includes teflon tape. Illustrated instructions are provided.
See the more info button below for a before and after regulator conversion picture.
Important PreOrder Note: This is a left hand thread high pressure part. Make sure your regulator is off the C02 tank before trying to remove the high pressure C02 tank fitting, which should have left hand threads. We recommend before ordering that you check to make sure you can remove this part as sometimes they are assembled with plenty of red threadlocker and are very hard to remove. Left hand thread parts are removing by turning in a clockwise direction. If you have a really old (20 plus years) regulator with right hand threads for the high pressure gas in port, this part will not fit.

Pros:
|
Also a great value! Inline valves (required for using "paintball" bottles) are usually around $30 if you can even find them, plus they have to be switched from bottle to bottle. This fitting is better priced and allows you to screw any tank on. I use the paintball tanks for travelling with kegs because they work great and can be replaced anywhere.

Cons:
|
Make sure you know if you regulator is right or left threads before ordering.
