Located just north of Australia, New
Guinea produces some excellent coffees, more like Colombian than neighboring Sumatra.
This Kimel Estate has a bright character, and carries both sweet and tangy notes
in the flavor. It has been described as a clean flavored coffee with a flavor reminiscent of
tropical flowers and fruit. Medium to full bodied, this coffee is fruity if roasted light to
medium brown, and richer and smoother if roasted more towards black. Two pound
bag.
