Purity
Pros: Absolutely pure, inert, no flavour or odour -- common black lab stoppers have a terrible asphaltum odour flavour and scent.
Cons: These are slippery little critters when wet, and if yours pops out of the carboy/bottle, simply try again or switch to another size.
