Easy to use
Pros: These hop pellets are easy to divide into halves, thirds or fourths so you know how much you are adding even if you don't have a scale. Wonderful traditional aroma.
Cons: The same as any hop, they have to be strained out after the boil.

Great citrus hop at a great price
Pros: Strong floral and citrus aroma, great American "C" hop. Great for late addition aroma and dry hopping.
Cons: None that I can think of.

Dry Hopping
Pros: I dry-hopped with these in a pale ale, and I am really beginning to wish that I had done so in my ESB instead. The floral aromas it produced were really pleasant.
Cons: None.

Essential hop
Pros: This should be in every brewer's inventory. Useful for everything - bittering, flavor, aroma, dry. You really can't call a beer an American Pale Ale, if you don't notice these in there.
