Natural Water process (Swiss Water Process) is a means of removing caffeine from green coffee with only water (no chemicals are used). Similar to our Colombian in quality, except without the caffeine. Great by itself for a caffeine-free coffee, or blend with other coffees to reduce the caffeine in your coffee. If you want a decaf to taste as close as possible to regular coffee, try roasting this one. 2 lbs.

Impressive!
Generally, decaffeinated coffees have a vegetal-herbal flavor at lighter roasts and roast rather differently than typical coffees. This one does not! I was able to roast this to city and it had a decent body with bright citrus flavors. I highly recommend this one, especially for the price. I haven't tried darker roasts, but i am guessing that it'll hold up nicely.
Affordable and good tasting
I’ve stopped drinking caffeinated coffee but wanted to continue roasting my own, so have been buying this for a few years. I do a medium roast and it tastes the same as the full leaded one. Highly recommend it.
good coffee
I just started home roasting coffee and these for being decaf are great tasting we've been putting a bit in our store bought coffee and it makes it better.
Swiss Water DeCaf
Pros: I love Williams Brewing coffee and my roaster (which was a gift) and now that I can buy Swiss Water Decaf green beans, I am in heaven. I recently ordered my second batch and think it is the best decaf coffee, bar none. And I don't have to worry about chemicals from the other forms of decaffination. Thanks for offering this.
