This 1.4 lb. gel ice pack is frozen and will
help keep liquid yeast cold for up to 2 days when it leaves our warehouse (not needed for dry yeast). The liquid gel ice is the same formula for many different ice packs, and all you need to concern yourself with the size and how long it takes to arrive. A larger pack will keep things cold longer than a smaller pack, but even multiple large packs will not keep yeast cold for more than 2 days. It is reusable and can be refrozen many times.
