This 1/2" female pipe thread hose adapter is made of food grade polypropylene, which can withstand working temperatures of 212 F. Features a 1/2" hose barb, and is ideal for attaching 1/2" tubing to the wort out or wort in side of the Therminator.

Buy with pump

Pros: Absolutely needed for the transfer pump that has 1/2" male npt connections on it. The connectors are plastic and putting on a metal ball valve is a good way to break it. Believe me, I know 

 Cons: A little pricey
