More Whole Hops Arrive  We have just received our 2011 Whole Amarillo®, Citra®,  Centennial, and Northern Brewer hops. The Northern Brewer whole hops are a little unusual this year, as the alpha acid is rated at 11.8%

Whiskey Barrel Stout  This is a strong winter stout, with oak and whisky flavors blending with the rich black malt base.
